Thermal Wild Hog Hunts

Thermal Wild Hog Hunts

Our Texas Wild Hog Hunts offer an exciting opportunity to pursue aggressive wild boar in a true 325 acre free-range environment in Mulberry Canyon near Merkel (25 miles west of Abilene, TX). It is fast and gritty, with hogs slipping through mesquite, cedar, and creek bottoms that give them every advantage. You catch them at dusk or after dark, always moving and testing the wind. It is a hunt built on patience and quick reactions, and when a big boar steps out of the brush, it gets intense in a hurry. These hunts are not only exciting, but also provide a safe and manageable experience for younger hunters looking to get started.
